ACE Transforming Learning
Does ACE accreditation (NEASC) really transform learning within a school, or is accreditation just a necessary hurdle to jump in order to get the right to put the logo on your website? Accreditation is a rigorous process of self reflection followed by external verification, but does the new ACE protocol give anything more than a new framework by which to measure a school’s performance? This video is particularly relevant for school leaders, and gives various insights into the accreditation process through ACE, both for the Learning Principles visit and beyond.

Leadership
Planning for an ACE Learning Principles visit can be somewhat daunting, particularly since it is a new protocol that is a radical departure from the previous NEASC/CIS 8th edition. This video is targeted specifically at school leaders and explores some of the school leadership considerations that may need to be considered while planning for a Learning Principles visit, so that it can be organised in the most effective and efficient way.

ACE – CIS Synchronised visit
With a new NEASC ACE accreditation model which is fundamentally different from the previous 8th Edition that was shared with CIS, what does a synchronised Learning Principles visit look like? This video is relevant for school leadership and any other people with a responsibility for organising an accreditation visit and which explores some of the organisational considerations to ensure that a school is prepared for a synchronised ACE – CIS school visit.

Reporting and Committee structures
Under the 8th edition, both CIS and NEASC used the same standards by which a visit would be structured. Under the new NEASC ACE protocol and with newly structured CIS domains, what exactly needs to be prepared for a Learning Principles visit? This video explores the two organisations and how a synchronised ACE – CIS visit needs to be structured with committees and their reports.

Logistics Preparation for a Learning Principles visit
This video explores some of the practical considerations in preparation for an ACE Learning Principles visit. It is particularly relevant for school administration and support who have responsibilities for making the final arrangements in readiness for a school accreditation visit.
